We will only take a CT Scan if it is deemed necessary this will be based on each individual case.
You will be required to pay a £50 non-refundable deposit in order to secure your appointment, This will be deducted from treatment cost if treatment up taken.
Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with Implants. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for Implants will be charged at an additional cost. Appointments are subject to availability. Payments are subject to the standard practice policy which is available upon request. The half price consultation discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments.
All sales are final. In the event that the clinician is unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Budleigh Salterton Dental Practice will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. The half price consultation discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Budleigh Salterton Dental Practice accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer or receipt of the treatment.
Budleigh Salterton Dental Practice does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth, and therefore Budleigh Salterton Dental Practice takes no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Budleigh Salterton Dental Practice’s negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law.
The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Budleigh Salterton Dental Practice can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
